Synopsis:
It’s 1996 and Nicole Burns is enamored with hip hop, dances and boys. Her English class is studying The Diary of Anne Frank and Nicole doubts and cares even less about the horrors of the Holocaust until, in an extraordinary change of events, finds herself in occupied France in 1942-1944 the daughter of an influential Jewish doctor. This play speaks to multi-generations through humor, emotion and empathy as we take a most unusual journey with Nicole.
